“In the midst of hate, I found there was, within me, an invincible love. In the midst of tears, I found there was, within me, an invincible smile. In the midst of chaos, I found there was, within me, an invincible calm… In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back.”
Albert Camus

We're excited to be building a community of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) learners here in the Sacramento area. AEDP is a model of therapy, developed by Diana Fosha, Ph.D., that works to help therapists and clients become "stronger at the broken places. By working with trauma, loss, and painful consequences, we discover places that have always been strong, places that were never broken."

Our Mission

We strive to share learning and connection opportunities with our fellow Sacramento-area therapists while growing as people and professionals. We will provide continuing education, host visiting AEDP faculty, and create a community of like-minded, like-hearted therapists.
